He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew P. and Mary E. Kentula (Racosky); his grandparents, John, Anna Kentula (Bukata), Joseph and Anna Racosky (Dill); and his brother-in-law Donald Armstrong.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his siblings, Mary Kentula and Andrew Kentula of Johnstown, PA; his cousin Rick "Rico" Racosky; his mother-in-law Donna Ogline; his close friends, William "Duster" Swain and Margie Fisher; and his children, Scrappy, Jess, Fred and Hobbet.
