He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Manges and Bessie Sadie Manges (Stern); his son Jason; and his siblings, Donald, Mary J. LePire and Betty Storey.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Tezza; his son Charles "Chuck" Manges III (Melissa); his granddaughter Madison; his stepgranddaughter Nikki; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Cooper, Emma, Amelia and Grayden; and his siblings, Ruth Powell (Raymond) and Jerry Manges (Darlene). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
