She was predeceased by: her father Calvin Mowry. She is survived by: her mother LaVerne Mowry (Rickels) of Stoystown; her siblings, Cal Jr. and Lynne Kostyk (Seth); her nieces and nephews, Alex, Ashley, Alyssa, Aubree Kostyk and Nikki Smith (Bobby); and her children, Kyra, Taylin and Isabella Smith.
