He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett "Ellsworth" and Lovida McClearn (Hogue); and his wife Harriett Elizabeth McClearn (Lewis). He is survived by: his children, William R. "Billy" McClearn (Jody) of Stoneboro, John S. McClearn (Jennifer) of Sarasota, FL and Vicki L. Montgomery (Larry) of Sandy Lake; his grandchildren, Mandy Anderson (Doug), Larry Montgomery, Jr. (Natalie), Melissa Moore (Ned), Tyler McClearn (Ashley), Michael McClearn (Lauren), Christopher McClearn (Jenna) and Tyler Spicer; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Ryan Anderson, Ella, Peyton and Harper Moore.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Fred's name to the Humane Society or Lakeview Meals on Wheels.
