He was predeceased by: his father Elmer J. Foster; his sister Barb Mattocks; and also Aizeya Mattocks. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Foster (Cowan) of Stoneboro; and his brothers, Dave Foster (Chris) of Lewistown, PA and Ron Foster (Peggy) of Tavares, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and cousins.
