He was predeceased by: his father Kermit E. Higbee; and his siblings, Jim Higbee, Kathy Kish and Terry Higbee. He is survived by: his wife Diana Higbee (Gordon); his daughter Stephanie Gilmore (Bradley) of Volant; his sister Susie Kish (Jim) of Mercer; and his niece Amanda York. He is also survived by 3 sisters-in-law, 3 brothers-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews.
