He was predeceased by: his parents, Reed Kepner and Twila Kepner (Slater); his son-in-law John Klitsch; and his brother R. David Kepner. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Kepner (Crouser); his children, Tami Klitsch of Harrisburg and Todd Kepner (Darleen) of Grove City; his grandchildren, Jeffery Kepner of Sharpsville, Laura Eichler (Robert) of Kyle, TX and Carolyn Klitsch of Brooklyn, NY; and his siblings, Dale Kepner (Sue), Diane Gossett (Chris) and Donna Griffin (Duane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
