She was predeceased by: her parents, Blaine Sheasley and Ellen Sheasley (Finney); her husband Richard Collenette of Sharon, PA; her daughter Carol Vaughn; her grandson Cecil Vaughn; her siblings, Linda Young and Jim Sheasley; her sister-in-law Shirley Victor; and her daughter-in-law Brenda Collenette (Morrow).
She is survived by: her sons, John Collenette (Donna) of Greenville, PA and Stephen Collenette (Darla); her sister-in-law Ann Sheasley; her grandchildren, Amanda Kitch (Brandon), Stephanie Collenette, Willis, Natalie Vaughn and Isaac Morrow; her great grandchildren, Camdyn, Declyn, Holdyn and Tennisyn Kitch; her grandchildren, Richard Seelbaugh, Maddie and Emma Joy; and her niece Valeria Victor.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose and Black Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (99 Franklin St, Stoneboro, PA 16153). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:55 AM and at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations in Mary Ellen's name be made to the Lakeview Area Library at 3265 S. Main Street, Sandy Lake, PA 16145.
