He is survived by: his wife Theresa Toscano; his daughters, Amy Moore (John) and Paula Clayton (Shawn); his stepchildren, Ben Knoch (Chris) and Becky Knoch (Dan Frye); his grandchildren, Landon, Evan, Owen Clayton, Jared, Jordan Coulter, Kylie and Hunter Moore; his siblings, Steven Means, Pamela Hansel (Gary) and Marcia McMahon (John); and his uncle Bud Shuffstall (Patti). He is also survived by many friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
