He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Moore and Marian Moore (Parker); and his son Curtis Moore. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Moore (Mayes); his children, Karen Sturm (Jeff) of Jefferson, GA, Clinton (Kelly) of Sandy Lake and Keith Moore of Sandy Lake; his stepson David Reis (Monica) of Savannah, GA; his grandsons, Jonathan and Christopher Sturm; his great grandchild Jett Sturm; his brother Steve Moore (Betty) of Stoneboro; and his daughter-in-law Marcia Moore of Hermitage.
