He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Scouten and Bonita Wetherbee; his aunt Sandy Lamendola; and his cousin Ricky Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Crispin Curtis, Rob Scouten and Amy Scouten; his granddaughter Jordan Curtis; his great grandchild Elliot Curtis; his brother Gilbert Scouten; his nieces, Rebecca Scouten, Wendy Short and Michelle Polach; his nephew Scott Scouten; and his extended family Karen Johnson. He is also survived by several other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
