He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Alice Stallsmith Allen; his brother Leonard "Lenny" Allen; his daughter Dionne Marie; and his brother-in-law Duffy Betts.
He is survived by: his children, Chad of Bradford and Samantha of Las Vegas; his grandchildren, Revel and Rex of Las Vegas; his siblings, Ruth Ann Wescott (Richard) of Poulsbo, WA, Patricia Zinz of Franklin, Alyson Betts of Cochranton, John Allen of Parker and Scott Allen (Joyce) of Florida; his sister-in-law Jeannie Allen of West Freedom, PA; and his caregivers, Candy and Kenny Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as dear friends.
