She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Gahr and Mary Josephine Gahr (Armagost). She is survived by: her husband Roger L. Hersman; her daughters, Erin Cuprinka (Michael) of Emlenton, Tracy Lander (Greg) of Oil City and Jodie Elder (Loren) of New Wilmington; and her grandchildren, Samantha, Mitch, Steve Cuprinka, Johnathan, Abigail Lander, Jimmy and Grace Elder. She is also survived by six brothers; one sister; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In her honor, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to one of these organizations.
