He is survived by: his sons, Phillip Cassida of Sandy Lake, Frank Jovenall III of Sandy Lake, Jonathan Jovenall (Jessica) of Sandy Lake, Zachery Jovenall of Sandy Lake and Walker Coast of Sandy Lake; his sister Teri E. Ligo (Eric); and his nieces and nephews, Carlin and Carson Ligo.
