He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his sister Connie Mitchell of Hermitage; his children, Kevin Crouser of New Lebanon, Chad Crouser (Nicole) of Cocoa Beach, Florida and Amy Crouser of Denver, Colorado; his grandchildren, Kayla (Matthew Buczkowski), Paedyn, Avalean, Wyatt, Miles, Alex Crouser, Morgan Settlemire and Kyle Scott (Cassie Schuhlen); and his great grandchildren, Parker and Raelynn Buczkowski.
