She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lyons and Anna Mae Lyons (Douglas); and her siblings, Carolyn Deal and Clarence "Fuzz" Lyons. She is survived by: her husband Richard E. Whetzel; her children, Matthew Whetzel of Wichata, KS, Tina Maxwell (Jeff), Mercer, Tonia Lyons, Sharon, Richard Whetzel, Chrissy Lyons and Timothy Whetzel; and her sisters, Mary Lou Mifsud, Rene Cameron, Darlene Perrine, Mercer, Georgia Lyons, Gloria Lyons, Ronda Jones and Reynolds. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
