He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Parshall Balieu; his son-in-law Samuel Spina; his sister Joyce Harris (David); and his parents, Charles Balieu and Sara Balieu.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Spina of Speers, Cathy Dean (Robert) of Eighty Four and Charles Balieu of Speers; his grandchildren, Christie Dubnansky (Josh), Ryan Dean (Selina), Sammy Spina (Krystal), Mara Boronsky (Matt) and Payton Balieu; and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Maddie Dubnansky, Shiloh Spina and Walter Boronsky.
