He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvie D. Rhinard and Cora E. Rhinard (Hess); and his siblings, Warren, Kenneth Rhinard and Shirley Avery.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Douglas Rhinard (Peg) and Beth Ann Meyers (Scott); his grandchildren, Meghan Deitterick (James) and Alyssa Sanonu (Iopu); his great grandchildren, Lilly, Abigail Deitterick and Makai Sanonu; and his sisters, Audrey Reed of Allenwood and Ruth Wenner of Stillwater.
