He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Parks and Lillian M. Parks (Robbins); his wife Blanche M. Parks (Brown); his son Andrew Parks; and his granddaughter Angela Parks.
He is survived by: his son Ralph Parks (Nanette) of Orangeville.
