She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Evans and Helen M. Evans (Hess); her husband Ronnie Keller; and her brother Bruce Evans. She is survived by: her children, David Keller (Kim) and Susan McHenry (Jay); her grandchildren, Mikelanne Welliver (Michael), Jayson McHenry and Lindsey Keller; her great grandchildren, Mae, Kolbe, Carson, Emma and Rylinn; her great great grandchild Althea; and her sister Carolyn Remley.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in her name be made to the Benton Christian Church, care of Julie Heeter, PO Box 264, Benton, PA 17814, or to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

“My association with Joyce goes back many, many years. We lived across from Helen and Mel and I had a problem with d's and b's(dyslexia) I went over to their home and Helen helped me with this, and Mel always stole my shoes( I always took them off(loved being barefoot) Fast forward to grown up life. I worked with Joyce in the ICU at Bloomsburg Hospital, then I went to cardiac rehab that Joyce was in charge of. Loved Joyce's calm, no fooling around, approach to nursing, but we had fun working”
