He was predeceased by: his father Steven G. Smith. He is survived by: his mother Diane LoSasso; his brother Vincent Smith; his aunt Kathleen Trobovic; his uncles, Vincent LoSasso (Helen), Jerry Smith (Nancy), Garry Smith (Susie), Kerry Smith (Wendy) and Jim Smith (Barb); and his cousins, Denise, Paul, Anna, Nicholas, Sharon, Joyce, Doug, Kim, Lisa, Tammy, Mark, Jim, Ian, Tara, Nicole, Katie, Stephanie, Jennifer, Rebecca, Alex and Karly.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for funeral expenses.
