She was predeceased by: her husband Harlan W. Gibbs; her son Thomas Gibbs; her parents, Wilbur Arndt and Grace Arndt; and her siblings, Patricia Shull, Shirley Pilkerton, Eugene Arndt and Franklyn Arndt.
She is survived by: her son Michael Gibbs; her daughter-in-law Karen (David Gibbs) of Red Lion; her grandchildren, Amy Davis, Beth Gibbs, Nicholas Gibbs and Thomas Gibbs, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Katherine Davis, Sarah Davis, Leo Davis and Brayden Gibbs; her siblings, Bonnie Slagle (Larry) and Gerald Arndt; and her nieces and nephews, Karen Ryer, Sharon Shultz, Karen McMaster, Beverly Fillmore, Michele Barshinger, Greg Sweitzer, Steve Slagle and Michael Slagel.
In lieu of flowers, Willy requested that memorial contributions be made to Habitat for Humanity, United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR), the Stewartstown United Methodist Memorial Fund, or a charity of one's choosing.
