She is survived by: her spouse Phillip A. Smith, Sr.; her parent Rosetta R. Reichard (Kohler); her children, Tammy L. Krout (Charley), Lisa R. Buttorff (James) and Phillip A. Smith, Jr.; her wife Grace; her grandchildren, Raymond, Lori, Amy, Cindy and Amber; her great grandchildren, Mariah, Reilly, Aidan, Jamie, Isabella and Briella; and her sisters, Judy Herbst (Donald) and Ruth Kashner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
