He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor A. Hall; his parents, Paul G. Hall and Miriam Hall (Devilbiss); and his siblings, Nancy Allen and Robert Hall.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark R. Hall (Cindy) of Airville and Eric R. Hall (Michelle) of Silver Spring, MD; his grandchildren, Alexander, Julianne, Shane (Shannon) and Justin (Erin); and his great grandchildren, Mason and Emma.
