He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne (Donovan); and his parents, Stanley Mazepink and Anna Mazepink (Polasz). He is survived by: his former wife Louise Mazepink; his stepdaughter Denise Chapin (James); and his nieces and nephews, Shean and Christina Hyson.
