With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark J. Whittaker Sr. (Stewartstown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 23, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Ann Whittaker (Yost); and his brother Richard V. Whittaker, Jr.. He is survived by: his father Richard V. Whittaker, Sr.; his wife Pat (Blucas); his children, Dena Childress (Rob), Amanda Whittaker (Dave Barron) and Mark Whittaker, Jr. (Alex); his grandchildren, Kaylee Childress (Rhett Krieger), Kara Childress, Abby Childress, Mark Whittaker, III (Trace) and Theo Whittaker; his siblings, William Whittaker (Kim), Paul Whittaker (Carol), John Whittaker (Wendy), Vernon Whittaker (Karen), Diane Whittaker (Jack) and Carol Tralies (Rick); and his caregivers, Dan, Sherae, Winnie, Malena, Kathy, Heather and Denise.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hartenstein Funeral and Cremation Care, Inc. - Stewartstown (19 S Main St, Stewartstown, PA 17363). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location.
