He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Miller and Martha A. Miller (Martin); and his siblings, Hugh Miller, Kathleen Collier and Janet Burk.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille "Lucy" Miller (Tollinger); his daughters, Sheree L. Holloway (Dean) and Rhonda S. Keller (Doug); his grandchildren, Kurt Holloway, Amanda Gibbs and Nathan Keller; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Kiersten, Jillian Holloway, Ashlyn and Austin Gibbs.
