It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce A. Brown of Stewartstown, Pennsylvania, born in Culpeper, Virginia, who passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Leonard Colvin and Mary Frances Hayne; her children, Cheryl L. Sparks (Kenneth Sparks), Robert S. Brown Jr. Carla J. (Linda Brown), Irwin (Charles Irwin) and John R. Brown (Karen Brown); her siblings, William L. Colvin (Rebecca Colvin) and Patti L. Ballard Terri (Carlton Ballard); her daughter Cynthia Brown (Robert S. Brown); and her sister Phyllis J. Malamphy.
The family requests donations to be made in Joyce's name to Delta Chapel in lieu of flowers.
