He is survived by: his parents, James Fitzhugh and Cynthia G. Fitzhugh (McGinn) of Stewartstown; his siblings, Wendy Dawn King and Jesse Wade Fitzhugh; and his grandparents, Richard Donald McGinn and Virginia Dee King.
