He was predeceased by: his parents, John C., Jr. and Ethel E. Wiley (Kimmons); and his siblings, David and Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Mescal D. Wiley (Hare); his daughter Melanie H. Rhein (Gregory); his grandchildren, Megan E. Cody (Bryce) and Christopher W. Rhein (Brooke); and his sister Marguerite Waldron.
Viewing was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Centre Presbyterian Church -New Park (83 New Park Rd, New Park, PA 17352). A graveside service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Centre Presbyterian Cemetery -New Park (83 New Park Rd, New Park, PA 17352).
