Locklear; her children, Adena Perkins (Jason) and Kami Locklear; her grandchildren, Brooke Curry (John), Bradley Roush (Gabrielle), Kyle DiGiorgio and Dylan DiGiorgio; her great grandchildren, River McKinnon Roush, Roman Alexander Roush and Isla Moon Roush; and her siblings, Linda Mattio and Jim Smith. She was also cherished by other loving family members and friends.
