She was predeceased by: her husband Michael J. Garofalo, Sr.; and her parents, Savino D'Amato and Filomena D'Amato (Mango). She is survived by: her children, AnnMarie Fedele, Joseph Garofalo (LeAnn) and Michael J. Garofalo, Jr. (Jamie); her son-in-law Gennaro Fedele; and her siblings, Anthony D'Amato, Savino D'Amato and Betty Ann Ferraro. She is also survived by grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
