She was predeceased by : her father Jack Monroe Vines. She is survived by : her mother Dorothy Vines (Lewis) of Stewartstown; her siblings, Thelma A. (Daniel Blake), Norman K. Lewis (Lynn Muick) and Jack W. Lewis (Christy Pinkstone); and her close friend Tammy Tyson.
