She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lewis and Anna Lewis (Boone); her daughter Elizabeth A. Lewis; and her sisters, Lola Dutton and Lucretia Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Thelma A. Blake (Dan), Norman Keith Lewis (Lynn Muick) and Jack William Lewis (Christina Pinkston); her grandchildren, Matthew Markland (Tami Giammona), Daniel Blake (Kerrie), Elijah Lewis and Isabelle Lewis; her great grandchild Kenna L. Blake; and her sister Nancy C. Fisher of Shrewsbury.
