She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edgar and Miriam Louise Lowe (Johnson). She is survived by: her daughters, Beth L. Stevens (David) and Melanie A. Flaharty; and her brothers, John H. Lowe and Randy C. Lowe (Lonny E. Flaharty).
