She was predeceased by: her father John T. Hostler; and her son Lester E. "Jake" Heffner. She is survived by: her husband Jacob L. Heffner; her son Thomas L. Heffner; her granddaughters, Nikki Heffner and Kara Heffner; her brother John Hostler (Jean); her nieces, Tina Barton (Dave) and Linda Brown (Robert); her nephew John Hostler (Missy); her great-nephews, Robert Brown III and Allen Brown; and her daughter-in-law Janeen Heffner.
