He was predeceased by: his son Rick Hoover; and his siblings, Richard Hoover, Aria Hoover, Margaret Hoover and Belle Hoover.
He is survived by: his wife Susan D. Lane Hoover of Stevensville, PA; his son Kenneth Hoover, Jr.; and his brothers, Bernard Hoover (Virginia) of Wyalusing, PA, Robert Hoover (Barb) of Wyalusing, PA, Harry Hoover of Wysox, PA and Martin Hoover (Sara) of Tennessee. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
