He was predeceased by: his parents, C. William Clark and Margaret Clark (Haws); his wife Patricia J. Clark (Musser); and his sisters, Dorothy and Jane Schaeffer.
He is survived by: his children, William L. Clark Jr. (Shawnee) of Mohnton, Brian L. Clark (Stephanie) of Ephrata and Melissa M. Burch (Scott) of Belchertown, MA; his grandchildren, Crystal, Corey, Taylor, Natalie, Austin, Alexander and Mackenzie; his great grandchildren, Aidan, Carter, Nell, Jackson, Luci, Marlow and Oliver; and his sister Ruth Reich.
