He is survived by: his daughters, Karen L. (John Michener) and Debra (Daniel Lawson) of Richmond, IN; and his brother Carl R. Dice. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

“I was so sorry to hear the news about our dearest friend passing. I know he didn’t want to go on much longer without Ceil. When we talked to him before Thanksgiving he seemed to be doing better. Scott my husband and Bills best friend for years and years are gonna be lost without him. He’s been there so much for me when Scott was so sick and didn’t know if he was gonna make it. He called me every day. Sure love him and Ceil.”
