She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold J. Swoyer and Marie M. Swoyer (Müller); her husband George P. Burgess, Jr.; her son Jeffrey B. Williams; and her sister Helene L. Jack.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Williams of Philadelphia and Gregory (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Roxanne Gonzalez (Williams), Brooke Williams and Noah Burgess; and her nephews, Scott, Wesley and Christopher Jack. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
