With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Fassnacht of Stevens, Pennsylvania, born in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 22, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kay Irene Fassnacht (Fritz) and Ralph Fassnacht Jr.; his parents-in-law, Arthur and Marybelle Graybill; his wife Stephanie; his daughters, Samantha Johnson (Matthew Johnson), Kayla Weaver (John Merkert) and Olivia Fassnacht (Clarence Grutza); his granddaughters, Nora and Eloise Johnson; his brother Michael Fassnacht (Nancy Fassnacht); and his nephews, Shane Fassnacht (Lindsay Fassnacht), Nathan Fassnacht and Matthew Fassnacht.
