She was predeceased by: her spouse Elijah Louis Stanley; her stepsons, Baxter Lee Stanley and Danny Allen Stanley; and her siblings, Katherine Fossett, Marie Samoff and Irving Strother.
She is survived by: her son Stephen of Denver; her stepdaughter Brenda Stanley Hart of Asheboro, NC; and also Shull of Denver. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
