She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Gockley and Esther Ludwig Gockley; her son Ken R. Lapp; and her siblings, Melvin Gockley and Minerva J. Huyett.

She is survived by : her children, David M. (Alison Geahry Lapp) of Gibsonia, PA and Ellen (Dave Becker) of Denver, PA; and her siblings, Mahlon Gockley of Lititz and Miriam (Mel Huyett) of Stevens, PA.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Furman Home For Funerals (59 W Main St, Leola, PA 17540). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
