Though Joseph may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kwatkowski and Anna Kwatkowski (Kopernik); and his sister Helen A. Rettew of Wilmington. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Ross (Phillips); his brother-in-law John Phillips (Lanee); and his nieces and nephews, Susan Livesay, Julie Barnett, Lisa Galati, Ted Livesay and Michael Phillips.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church (320 Church Ave, Ephrata, PA 17522). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Catholic Church (320 Church Ave, Ephrata, PA 17522). A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
