He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Nye and Dorothy M. Nye (Lechner). He is survived by: his wife Janet G. (Klaus); his children, Darren (Patrick J. Owens) of Branchburg, NJ and Kelly Jean Nye; his granddaughter Heather Kanyuck of Reinholds; and his sisters, Sandra Nye of Ft Myers, FL, Cindy Schweitzer of Adamstown and Dolores Oberly.
