She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis K. Getz and Carrie Getz (Latshaw); her former husband Paul Leisey; her son Paul Leisey, Jr.; and her siblings, Kenneth Getz and Dorothy Stauffer.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Hackman; her children, Susan L. (late Roger Gehman), Debra A. (Jerry Zerbe) and John P. Leisey (Wendy); and her grandchildren, Jennifer L. (Norm Hoover), Rebecca S. (Steven Ruff), Jeremy A. Zerbe (Carly), Jason A. Zerbe (Sarah), Courtney A. (Andy Sollenberger), Sonya A. (Shawn Buchter), Haleigh K. (Adam Shober) and Elijah C. Leisey (Aimee). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
