She is survived by: her children, Tammy Franck (Michael) of Ephrata, Tina Smith (late John M.) of Ephrata, Todd Adair (Deb) of Denver and Troy Adair (Diane) of Denver; her great grandchildren, Brittany Hartlove (Dennis), Benjamin and Lucas; her grandchildren, Timothy Adair (Shawnna), Brandon Smith (Jamie), Tiffany Pfautz (Ethan), Lucy, Kelsey Hogan (Jonathan), Elijah, Noah, Jonah, Bethany Price (C. J.), Lillian, Kyle Smith (Alexis), Juliet, Lydia, Jeremy Franck (Aarin), Jerin, Tate, Alex Smith and Landon Millard; and her sisters, Alta M. Hoshour, Hazel V. Sweigart, Shirley L. (Ernest R.
