She was predeceased by: her grandson Preston James Henwood; and her great grandchild Lilijanna Rose Podunajec. She is survived by: her husband Rev. William J. Henwood; her children, Cindy Mehs (Michael) of Buffalo, William Henwood, Jr. (Bonnie) of Sterling, Bruce Henwood (Martha) of Greentown and Bradley Henwood (Carrieann) of Jefferson Twp; and her siblings, Gerald Swingle Jr. of Lake Ariel, Marion Rose (Carl) of Lake Ariel and Bonnie Wiley (John) of Pennsburg, PA.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
A burial will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home James Wilson Funeral Home (143 Gravity Rd, Lake Ariel, PA 18436). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Jericho Independent Church (289 Sterling Rd, Newfoundland, PA 18445).
In lieu of flowers it is Idamae's desire that memorial contributions be made to her beloved church The Jericho independent Church 289 Sterling Rd. Newfoundland, PA. 18445 so they may further the missions of Gideon's Bible International and the Child Evangelism Fellowship.
