He is survived by: his wife Kathleen D. Updegrove Handley; his children, Douglas V. Handley (Dana), Mark R. Handley, Brian G. Handley (Tina) of Steelton, Jill M. Bolig (Brad) of Enola and Debra L. Handley of Camp Hill; his sister Kathleen Hallman of Harrisburg; and his grandchildren, Ryan D., Nathan L., Jordan M., Tristan J. Handley, Ashley M., Jamie L., Brittany A., Kristen K. Bolig, Brandon V. (Guen) and Ethan B. Handley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as his pet dog.
