He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Moose and Catherine Bard; his daughter Carrie Ann Moose; and his brother Daniel Moose. He is survived by: his wife Jean L. Hollingsworth Moose; his sons, Michael Moose (Heidi) of Pittsburgh, Jason Moose (Paula) of Bluffton, SC and Blaine Moose of Steelton; and his brother Samuel Moose. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
